A global agenda for the universalization of social security should be developed, based on the human right to welfare, social, protection, employment, and education. It is in this spirit Brazilian government and social movements, through the World Social Forum on Health, would like to invite you to take part of the I World Conference on the Development of Universal Social Systems, to be held in December 2010.
Since 2008 Inesc develops in public schools of Brasília/Distrito Federal educational processes geared towards the formation of new consciousness and the encouragement of social practices of youth organizations around their interests and rights, and also by monitoring Public Budget. In 2009 all the teenagers that participate in this project, more then two hundred in six public schools, gave the name of the project ONDA (wave) - teens in motion for their rights.
