Financing and mega projectos

This document is the introduction of the publication coordinated by INESC in Portuguese language. This introduction is contained within the framework of INESC´s objectives to democratize the debate and access to the information on the policies of integration and development in the South American region, in particular on the initiative for Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA), and in Brazilian case, on Growth Acceleration Program. This publication is focused on South American financial architecture and its relationship with the execution of large physical infrastructure projects being implemented in region.
