Management by Committee

Iara Pietricovsky de Oliveira, member of INESC Management Board, is Anthropologist, Master in Political Science by the University of Brasilia, and theater actress since 1969. Iara is responsible for the initiatives developed in cooperation with agencies and international organizations. Currently, Iara is heading the activities related to the Rio + 20 UN Conference, the negotiations and the G20, among others. As INESC representative, Iara Pietricovsky is member of the Brazil Network coordination and of the Brazilian Network for People’s Integration (REBRIP).

José Antônio Moroni, member of INESC Management Board, holds University Degree in Philosophy, with post-graduation in History of Brazil, Special Education Fundamentals, and Methods and Techniques to outline Social Projects.  Moroni works mainly on the following topics: political reform; popular participation and public power; social assistance; children and adolescents; and, human rights. José Antônio Moroni is also member of the coordination of the FBO’s (Brazilian Budget Forum) and of the FNPP’s (National Forum on Popular Participation), the platform of social movements on behalf of the political system reform, and is councilor to the CDES (Economic and Social Development Council).
